How we check the data
Summer card conditions change every season, so we give the source and the date we checked it for every card.
Sources
We have checked all 23 cards on the official websites of the regions or cable car companies. Where a website does not state something (such as a fee set by the accommodation), we say so next to the price.
2027 season
All details apply to the 2026 season. Information for summer 2027 is in preparation: regions usually publish new prices and conditions between March and May, and we update the site as soon as we have checked them.

Card types
- Free with your stay: You get it free at a partner accommodation; it cannot be bought separately.
- Nightly fee: The partner accommodation charges a mandatory fee per person per night.
- Pass to buy: Anyone can buy it, wherever they stay.
- With your stay or to buy: Included in the room rate at partners; everyone else can buy it.
How we calculate the price
- Free with your stay: €0, although the cost is built into the room rate. The card is valid only at partner accommodation.
- Nightly fee: rate × number of nights × number of people, with children counted by the card’s age limits.
- Pass to buy: the cheapest combination of passes covering the number of days you choose. Where we don’t know the child price, we use the adult price and tell you. Family discounts (e.g. Zillertal Activcard) are included.
- Where age limits are only an estimate, we show a note.
What the calculation leaves out
The cost of accommodation, seasonal differences in pass prices (we use high season) and whether a particular cable car is running on the day you visit.
How we fund the site
The site is free and has no ad banners. Booking.com links next to accommodation may be partner links: if you book through them, we get a small commission at no extra cost to you. The comparison, prices and recommendations do not depend on it.
Language versions
The site is written in Czech. The translations are based on the same verified data, so figures and conditions are identical in every language.
