Liability for content
The information on this site is for guidance. We check card data against official sources, but conditions, prices and cable car operations are set by the regions and operators and may change during the season. Please confirm them with your accommodation or the region before you travel.
Links and affiliate partnerships
This site links to third-party websites whose content we are not responsible for. Links to Booking.com may be affiliate links: if you book through them, we receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
Copyright
Texts, graphics and photos on this site are protected by copyright and may not be reused without the operator's permission; short quotes with a source and link are welcome. Card, region and cable car names belong to their owners.
Privacy
The controller of personal data is the site operator named above. We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and only to the extent described below.
Cookies and visitor statistics
We store analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). They are processed by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored.
Maps
Maps are loaded from Mapy.com, a service of Seznam.cz, a.s. Your browser connects to its servers and sends your IP address, which is needed to display the map.
Booking.com
When you click a link, you go to the website of Booking.com B.V., which processes data under its own policy. The affiliate label in the link only carries the card and site language, not information about you.
Browser settings
Your group and your chosen catalogue view (list or map) are stored only in your browser's storage (localStorage). They are not sent to us.
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep them only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time in the cookie settings. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or the supervisory authority in your country.
