Route description
- From the centre of Lech walk along the river Lech to the Rüfiplatz and take the Rüfikopfbahn cable car up to 2,350 m.
- Just past the Panoramarestaurant terrace is a large board, “Ozean am Rüfikopf”. From there the loop follows the nautilus symbol.
- The path turns right and down onto the stone plateau. At the first stations you reach the Monzabonsee.
- From the lake a narrow path climbs to a saddle, then drops briefly to a wide track that leads back to the top station. The loop is 3.4 km and, according to Lech Zürs, takes 2.5 hours.
