Compare individual cable car ticket prices on the cable car websites. The card pays off mainly if you use the cable cars several days in a row.
Restrictions in high season
From 15 July to 15 September, the summit cable cars on the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn, the MS Schmittenhöhe lake cruise and the high-alpine reservoirs are only included from the second day of your stay. On arrival day, plan the Maiskogel, a pool or a gorge instead.
What to do in Zell am See and Kaprun with the card
- Kitzsteinhorn: glacier, a summit viewing platform and snow even in summer. Bring warm clothes.
- Kaprun reservoirs: a trip to the high-alpine reservoirs above Kaprun, included in the card.
- Schmittenhöhe: easy panoramic paths, suitable for younger children too.
- Rainy day: the indoor pool in Zell am See, museums or gorges.
