Route description

  1. The lift takes you from Fieberbrunn up to the Lärchfilzkogel.
  2. On the Fieberbrunner Höhenweg (no. 711) you first descend to the Wildalm and then climb to the Wildseeloderhaus right by the Wildsee. It takes just under an hour.
  3. Behind the hut path no. 5 starts, leading steeply to the summit of the Wildseeloder. On the way you look down on the lake, and from the top on the Kaisergebirge, the Steinberge and the Hohe Tauern.
  4. For the descent tirol.tl recommends the variant on paths no. 5 and 5A via the Seenieder saddle: less steep and with views of the lake. From the hut, take no. 711 back to the lift.
