Stubai Super Card 2026: what's included and how to get it with your accommodation
Stubai Super Card 2026: how it differs from the Stubai Card you buy, how to get it at partner accommodation, which lifts, buses and pools are included and a week's plan.

The Stubai Super Card is the summer card of the Stubai Valley near Innsbruck. You get it free at partner accommodation, and it gives you four cable cars including the Stubai Glacier (3,210 m), buses and the train to Innsbruck, an outdoor pool and a water park. If you’re staying elsewhere in the Stubai Valley, you can buy the Stubai Card with the same services. The two differ in how you get them, what they cost and how many days they’re valid.
At a glance (summer 2026):
- Stubai Super Card: free at partner accommodation, for your whole stay from 14 May to 1 November 2026.
- Stubai Card: you buy it; €99 per adult and €49.50 per child up to 14, valid on 5 days of your choice within 7 days. Only guests staying in the Stubai Valley can buy it.
- Cable cars: Stubai Glacier, Serlesbahnen, Schlick 2000 (now also the Galtbergbahn) and Elferbahnen, each once a day up and down.
- Transport: buses from Mutterberg to Innsbruck and the Stubaitalbahn train from Fulpmes to Innsbruck.
Stubai Super Card or Stubai Card: the difference
| Stubai Super Card | Stubai Card | |
|---|---|---|
| How you get it | at partner accommodation | buy it at a tourist office or a cable car ticket desk |
| Price | included in your stay | €99 adult, €49.50 child up to 14 |
| Validity | your whole stay | 5 days of your choice within 7 consecutive days |
| Who can get it | guests of partners | only guests with the Stubai guest card (staying in the valley) |
| Services | the same | the same |
The Stubai Card is on sale from 14 May to 29 October 2026 and is valid until 1 November at the latest. Day visitors who don’t stay in the valley (from Innsbruck, say) can’t buy it, because it requires the Stubai guest card.
How to get the Stubai Super Card with your accommodation
- Use the official search. On stubai.at you’ll find partner accommodation in every village in the valley: Fulpmes, Mieders, Neustift, Schönberg and Telfes. It covers hotels, guesthouses, apartments, farms and campsites.
- On Booking and other sites, ask the host whether they’re a Stubai Super Card partner. If not, you only get the guest card and buy the Stubai Card on top. You’ll find an accommodation search with your dates on the card page, and more tips in our article on accommodation with a summer card in Austria.
- You get the card on arrival from your host, and it’s valid for your whole stay, including arrival and departure days.
Where to stay: Neustift is closest to the glacier and the Elferbahnen, Fulpmes has Schlick 2000 and the end of the Stubaitalbahn line, and Mieders is by the Serlesbahnen and the outdoor pool. Schönberg and Telfes are at the mouth of the valley, closest to Innsbruck.
Which cable cars are included
Each cable car once a day up and down. So in one day you can go up several different mountains, just not the same one twice:
- Stubai Glacier (Mutterberg): the glacier and the TOP OF TYROL viewing platform at 3,210 m. Not with ski equipment.
- Serlesbahnen (Mieders): the Serlespark water playground at the top station and the summer toboggan run once a week, with further runs 30% cheaper.
- Schlick 2000 (Fulpmes): the Kreuzjochbahn with an adventure trail, playground and mini zoo at the Schlickeralm, and now also the Galtbergbahn.
- Elferbahnen (Neustift).
Transport, pools and discounts
- Public transport: all buses between Mutterberg and Innsbruck and the Stubaitalbahn train from Fulpmes to Innsbruck. You can get into town without a car.
- StuBay water park: 2 visits within 7 days, 3 hours each (sauna not included).
- Mieders outdoor pool, unlimited.
- 30% discounts: Fulpmes cinema, The Sightseer in Innsbruck, the Air-Parc at StuBay, the Telfes bird of prey park, the Fulpmes crib museum and the Bergisel ski jump in Innsbruck.
- Parking: at selected car parks (Kampler See, Neder, Bachertal, Klaus Äuele, Falbeson, Ruetz, Raffeinbrücke) you buy a parking ticket by scanning the QR code on your card.
Children
- The Stubai Card for children up to 14 costs €49.50.
- Young children have their own rules on the cable cars. On the glacier, children up to 10 ride free with a paying parent; on the Serlesbahnen, up to 6. On Schlick 2000 and the Elferbahnen, children born in 2020 or later ride free, and on Schlick 2000 so do those born in 2018–2019 when with a parent.
- Pools and transport: a child without a card pays the regular admission and fare. That’s why it pays to have the card for the whole family.

How to use the card over a week
An example week at partner accommodation:
- Arrival day: the Serlesbahnen, the water playground at the top and the toboggan run (included once a week).
- Glacier: on a clear day, the Stubai Glacier and TOP OF TYROL. Bring a jacket; at the top it’s often around freezing even in summer.
- Schlick 2000: the Kreuzjochbahn and Galtbergbahn, and the adventure trail at the Schlickeralm.
- Innsbruck: the Stubaitalbahn into town and the Bergisel at 30% off.
- Elferbahnen, then the StuBay water park in the afternoon.
- Rainy day: a second visit to StuBay or the Fulpmes cinema at a discount.
With the Stubai Card you buy, you get 5 days within 7. Save the cable car days for good weather and put your rest days without the card on rainy days.
Who the card suits
- Families who want a glacier, easy mountains with playgrounds and pools all in one valley.
- Anyone who wants Innsbruck without a car: the train and buses are included.
- It’s less suited if you want to ride the same mountain again and again, because each cable car counts only once a day. You’ll find cards with unlimited cable cars in the Tyrol region.
Summary
You get the Stubai Super Card free at partner accommodation in Fulpmes, Mieders, Neustift, Schönberg and Telfes; the Stubai Card costs €99 (children €49.50) and is only for guests staying in the Stubai Valley, valid on 5 days within 7. Both include the same services: four cable cars including the glacier, each once a day, the train and buses to Innsbruck, the StuBay water park and an outdoor pool.
