Zillertaler Superskipass 2026/27: choosing the area and the length of your pass
The Zillertaler Superskipass 2026/27 covers 546 km of slopes including Hintertux. From how many days it is sold, prices, pick passes and where to stay in the Zillertal.

Short answer: the Zillertaler Superskipass covers the whole valley: 546 km of slopes and 180 lifts including the Hintertux Glacier. It is sold from 2 days; for shorter stays you buy a pass for a single area. Six days cost €399 for adults and €179.50 for children in 2026/27, one of the cheapest 6-day passes among the large Tyrolean areas. Ski buses and most public transport in the valley are included.
The Zillertal ski areas
| Area | Main villages | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Ski- & Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000 with the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen | Mayrhofen (Penken, Ahorn, Rastkogel, Eggalm), Hintertux Glacier | The most kilometres and a glacier |
| Zillertal Arena | Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Gerlosstein, Hochkrimml, Königsleiten | A large linked area reaching over the Gerlos Pass |
| Hochzillertal-Hochfügen-Spieljoch | Kaltenbach, Hochfügen, Fügen | Near the valley entrance, a shorter drive from the motorway |
The areas are not linked on skis; you move between them by ski bus or on the Zillertalbahn train. The Superskipass is mainly worth it if you want to try several areas in one week.
Prices 2026/27
The season runs 4 Dec 2026 – 11 Apr 2027.

A day pass for Mayrhofen costs €82 (youth €65.50, children €37). Children born 2021 or later ski free with a paying adult.
Watch the age limits: in the Zillertal the child rate applies up to birth year 2012, not 2011 as in Salzburg, so a 15-year-old already pays the youth rate.
How long?
- A full week: the 6-day pass at €399. The 7-day pass is €59.50 more and only worth it if you arrive in the morning.
- With a rest day: pick passes such as 4 days out of 6 for €317.50 or 10 out of 14 for €715. Good for families with small children and uncertain forecasts.
- More than two weeks a winter: compare with the Snow Card Tirol, valid on all Zillertal lifts and €1,080 in presale.
A family with two children (9 and 5) pays €977.50 for six days. For other dates and groups use the calculator.
Where to stay
It depends which area you want nearest. Mayrhofen sits by the Penken and Ahorn, and you reach Hintertux by ski bus. Zell am Ziller and Gerlos are by the Zillertal Arena, Fügen and Kaltenbach by the Hochzillertal.
With accommodation in the Zillertal you get a guest card: Mayrhofen-Hippach, Zell-Gerlos TopCard, Fügen-Kaltenbach or Nationalpark Wintercard. They do not make the ski pass cheaper but add other benefits.
Prices, the piste map and lift status are on the Zillertaler Superskipass page.
